The Marco Ullstein Quintet skillfully blends jazztradition with contemporary elements through the unique instrumentation of 

vibraphone, tenorsax, guitar , bass and drums.

Led by vibraphonist and composer Marco Ullstein , the quintet's music is characterized by it's melodic and thoughtfully arranged

compositions that create a recognizable blend of instrumental voices.

By changing the rules of the instruments through each piece, a variety of sounds are created which showcases the great musicianship as an ensemble and of each member as soloist.
